Dagmara Gzela, the barrister, is a graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She completed her court training with a judge exam as well as a legal counsel training after which she was entered onto the list of legal counsels. After nine years of working as a legal counsel she was entered onto the list of barristers of the Krakow Bar Association. Dagmara Gzela completed a post-graduate course in tax strategy at the University of Economics in Katowice (2004) and a post-graduate course in public procurement law at the Department of Law of the Faculty of Finance of the Krakow University of Economics (2009).

Since 2002 she has also been a co-founder and partner of the law firm operating under the name Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni „Grudniewicz & Gzela” s.c. with its office in Krakow.

In her professional work she focuses mainly on providing legal services to business entities, in particular to commercial companies and partnerships, and on representing entrepreneurs in actions before the court or tax authorities. She also provides legal assistance to natural persons, in particular in the field of family and inheritance law as well as the broadly defined criminal law. She speaks English and Russian.

Izabela Grudniewicz, the legal counsel, is a graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She studied German and European law at the Universität Regensburg in Germany. She completed her court training with a judge exam as well as a legal counsel training after which she was entered onto the list of legal counsels.

She has vast practical experience in providing legal services to business entities, in particular commercial companies and partnerships with foreign capital as well as joint stock companies (including stock-exchange listed companies). For many years now she has been cooperating with the companies controlled by foreigners from Austria, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. Izabela Grudniewicz is also an expert in legal issues related to groups of companies, i.e. equity- or family-related companies, including such aspects as consolidation and transfer prices. Furthermore, due to her long-term cooperation with supported employment enterprises she specialises in legal issues concerning employment of the disabled.

She speaks English, German and Russian.
